FaxTalk Messenger Pro is a fax and voice messaging application that manages your voice and fax communications. Whether you're a small business or an individual, FaxTalk Messenger Pro's fax and voice messaging features will turn your computer into a communications center. FaxTalk Messenger Pro runs as a service under Windows NT/2000/XP providing answering and sending capabilities even when a user is not logged in. The software can notify you by email, fax, pager, or telephone whenever you receive a new fax or voice message and automatically forward your faxes to another fax machine or sends them to an email address. You can even have received messages and faxes automatically forwarded to your Microsoft Outlook Inbox to create a unified messaging solution.

We only need a program to receive faxes and forward them to an email address automatically. For this purpose FaxTalk seems ideal. It is very easy to install on XP(Try doing that with WinFax!) and seems very stable

Have used this program for 1 yr plus. Interface is intuituve, but not near as powerful as Winfax, because you cannot sort faxes into folders. Fewer problems than WinFax had with Outlook 2003, but Problems do exist. For 6 months support was great, but after that I received a letter that I had owned the software too long and would have to pay $25.00 for support. Now I have faxes sitting in the outbox that will not go, and the knowledge base is meager to non existant. Sad to pay $80.00 for software that only works for a year!
