Poor documentation and No support. For support you are sent to a website that is totally useless and just keeps recycling you back to uninformative FAQs. i PAID $134.85 for Phoneworks 2002 Professional. I have yet to receive a response to their alleged email support after numerour requests over a four month period.

"Software would not work" - Bill Connell [January 21, 2004] Product Rating: 1/5
This software took three reboots to install on XP. And after all that it couldn't start. One of the reboots was some licensing software.. the problem was either that or the conectivity to Outlook express that didn't appear to work correcty due to an Imap error. I don't use I map and the software didn't let me say no. Needless to say, I unistalled it an am looking for something else.
"NO SUPPORT!" - Gary [December 17, 2002]
I thought this would be a great solution for some of my small buisness clients. After several emails requesting technical support with no response for 30+ days, and getting their answering service on the phone number listed 5 times at differing times of the day, would not recommend this company to anyone. My questions were rather straightforward.... Will this product run as a service, or does someone need to be logged in? Why on a XP Professional multi-user implementation will it NOT INSTALL with a "Outlook is detected but not configured" error (when all users were configured). These should be easily resolvable issues, but the non-existant 2 buisness day turnaround on email, and total lack of marketing/technical support pushed me to a product costing 5 times as much! P.S. The Outlook integration is supposed to be OPTIONAL!
