SMSC-Sender is a 32-bit (Win95/98/NT/2000/XP/2003) server deamon for dispatching SMS messages to a mobile phone through networks whose dial in service centre supports the UCP or TAP protocol. The application requires a properly installed TAPI compliant modem. Through a landline the SMSC is contacted by the application to deliver the SMS messages. SMSC-Sender has a queueing feature enabling other applications to use the tool for sending out SMS messages. Sample coding is provided for ASP pages. This version also includes a free standalone web server that allows you to send out SMS messages from a simple web browser.
