Commtouch's Anti-Spam Enterprise Gateway is a patent-pending spam filtering solution designed to combat the drain on IT and human resources caused by the harmful proliferation of unsolicited bulk email (aka, 'junk mail'). Our Corporate Anti Spam solution, fully integrated with Microsoft Exchange anti spam API, provides a unique approach to the enterprise spam problem. Commtouch solution provides spam blocking coupled with low false positives to ensure delivery of mission-critical communications coupled with low IT maintenance. The Commtouch Enterprise Gateway is a software add-on to the enterprise mail server. It may reside on the same machine as the mail server (front-end or backend) or on a dedicated SMTP server that communicates with the enterprise mail server. In addition, Commtouch connects to the corporate directory to read user information (read-only) in order to perform accurate policy management tasks pursuant to each recipient's personal preferences.

Tried this product and liked it from the start. To date, they probably have the best AntiSpam solution out there. Similar to the way Yahoo catches spam based on bulk emailings. Very very low false positive rate if any at all. I'm the hero at work:)
