OK if you know how.

Support is non existent (you have to pay for a support contract) and CA's website is a nightmare. I had a problem with the database being corrupted and our mail server at one stage took 30 mins to boot because Arcservit 11.5 had filled the temp directory with loads of files. and it took over 3 hours to delete them and in all it took 5 days to fix with lots of email interaction with support personnel. The fix was easy to implement.
