Brought to you by the legends at TrendMicro, Scanmail is probably the most reliable, easy to use but intuitive email server protection interface on the market - gets my vote every time.

Bleeding-edge detection, scalability, tuneability, all the bells and whistles a control freak needs. Don't waste your time on anything less than bullet-proof I always say. Very best I've ever seen at AV protection.

Trendmicro is the best solution for enterprise; I had other antivirus products and I have changed them until I installed Scanmail for Exchange.
Trendmicro is very successful for enterprise and I recommend it if you want avoid problems, but you will need expertise to configure it.
