The biggest challenge for our users doing supervisory review is to "filter" out SPAM and meaningless messages, and get right to business related communications. AXS-One's bulk review feature helped us save hours a day in the review process.

"Quick install and Easy to learn" - Brett [June 9, 2003]
We had few issues when installing with our Notes server. Supervisors and end users found the interface easy to use and quick to learn. Huge benefits for knowledge management which I did not anticipate.
