SonaVault is a stand-alone, software based, powerful and comprehensive email archiving solution for Microsoft Exchange Server. It enables organizations to archive, search and retrieve emails to achieve regulatory compliance and operational excellence.

SonaVault provides e-Discovery capabilities by enabling seamless access to messages using standard search policies such as keywords, allowing quick retrieval of any email stored in Archive with flexible export options. Content Identification Policy provides the ability to identify and alert any e-mail that violates standards or compliancy policies. Case Management, automates the litigation hold process by ensuring important emails are kept until the legal action has been resolved.

SonaVault for Email Archiving delivers a fully integrated portfolio of features and tools such as stubbing and single-instance-store, to ease a data encumbered Exchange server. Stubbing reduces the size of the Exchange Server by 80%, which in turn minimize backup time, and speeds up the restore process. The resultant effect is an improved efficiency, performance, and better storage management solution.

SonaVault is an excellent product filled with rich features and functionality that you would see in an enterprise level software application. Their support is outstanding! Whenever I call in, they take the time to answer all my questions, and go far beyond my expectations while helping me. Sonasoft is not only a smart choice, but the only choice in my opinion!
