This FTP Server has network flux control and includes UL/DL ratios.
S/KEY Password Encryption support - uses MD5 and 448 bit password encryption. It supports full virtual directory system, an Anti Attack function, the ability to permit/deny access based on IP address information, site command extensions, and user transfer speed control.

You can also bind an account to IP and network card MAC address.
Windows 2000/XP/2003 are supported
