ScriptLogic Secure Copy automates data migration and replication between Windows NT/2000/2003 servers without agents or scripts while maintaining the NTFS file permissions and other security information associated with the data.

Data Replication. Secure Copy speeds up the data replication process between locations or onto back-up servers as a preparation for disaster recovery, and ensures that security on backup file servers is identical to that on the primary file server.

Mooving of about 7.000 folders and files with permissions beetwen our servers was like a dream. But everything was done just fine.
