ExpertVNC enables you to support your customers remotely through remote control capabilities. With ExpertVNC, you are able to direct your customers to a website, have them open your customized executable file, and then gain control of their system. You can chat with your customer in real time and transfer files to and from the remote system. You can even reboot the remote system and regain control automatically at the completion of reboot without your customer having to do anything.

I bought this software after the technician demo'd it on my machine. But when I tried to use it with customers, it always disconnected or crashed or the like.

Also, very poor set up if you want to use it from a non-administrator account. Save yourself $695 and find something better
