With Print Censor you can set individual printing quotas and gather statistics about each print job: user name, computer name, document name, date and time, number of pages, number of copies, volume in bytes, priority status, paper size, color, and so on. You can analyze print activity and set printer limits which will deny a user access to the print service when it has been exceeded.
